Steven de Barón Prescott, CFP, MBA, is the founder of Kingsbarn Real Estate, a company dedicated to providing tax-deferred and tax-advantaged real estate investments to investors with a minimum of $1MM to place and a $5MM net worth.

With a background in Economics and Finance from San Diego State University, Steven leverages his expertise to develop and implement real property strategies for both retail and real estate broker distribution channels, catering to accredited and qualified investors.

Steven's extensive education includes a focus on market cycles, opportunities, and a global perspective on markets and politics, having studied at the University of Barcelona Economics College in Europe, complementing his U.S. education.

Obtaining an MBA has further enhanced his knowledge in capital markets, enabling him to provide valuable insights and solutions to his business partners.

Additionally, Steven's leadership training at the Marine Corps Platoon Leaders Officer Candidate School in Quantico, Virginia has honed his ability to plan and achieve goals effectively.

Outside of his professional life, Steven resides in Carmel Valley, San Diego, with his wife, Victoria. They share a passion for running, cycling, skiing, and exploring unique destinations in Asia and Latin America.
