Steven Clair is a seasoned entrepreneur, creative collaborator, and brand-builder with a diverse portfolio spanning real estate, wellness, and hospitality over the past 15 years.

In 2009, Steven founded The Millennial Broker (TMB) with Level Group, offering a no-nonsense, candid approach catering to modern real estate consumers.

Steven's entrepreneurial mindset led him to merge TMB with real estate and media giant SERHANT in 2023, extending his client services across New York City, Miami, and other markets nationwide.

Passionate about well-being, Steven is also the founder of NDOband, a fitness lifestyle brand focused on collaborative partnerships, white-labeling products, and promoting corporate wellness.

Steven's educational background includes a Bachelors in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Arizona and studies in Business/Corporate Communications at Bond University.
