Steven Chacko is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry as an electrical engineer and technical marketing. He transitioned into the North Texas real estate market 15 years ago, initially as a buyer in the Dallas area and later as an investor and active landlord.

Realizing the potential for real estate professionals to offer more value, Steven obtained his real estate license 5 years ago to enhance the transparency, efficiency, and productivity of real estate transactions. His approach focuses on utilizing market knowledge, data analysis, negotiation skills, and dynamic checklists to add value in every interaction.

With an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, Texas, and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, Steven also holds various real estate designations and certifications including GRI, RENE, PSA, ePRO, NHC, and SFR. These credentials underscore his commitment to excellence in the real estate industry.
