Steven Larsen

Steven @ CBRE Larsen is a dedicated professional with a strong background in Geographic Information Science, Cartography, and Urban planning.

Steven holds a Master's degree in Advanced Study in Geographic Information Science and Cartography, as well as a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Arizona State University.

Currently, Steven serves as a Portfolio Strategist & Transaction Manager at CBRE, a prominent real estate firm, where he leverages his expertise in GIS and planning.

Prior to his role at CBRE, Steven worked as a GIS Specialist II at BPG Designs, LLC, and as a Senior GIS Specialist focusing on Occupier Retail at CBRE.

Steven has also gained valuable experience through internships, having served as a GIS Intern at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and a Planning Intern at the City of Surprise.
