Steven Buck is a highly experienced HR Tech leader and consultant with over 25 years of experience in organizational development, employee engagement, and HR technology.1 He currently serves as a Principal People Scientist at Microsoft, a role he has held since July 2023.1 Prior to this, Steven was the Regional Director of People Science for EMEA at LinkedIn from December 2017 to July 2023.1
