Steven Boone is the Manager of Product Design for The Walt Disney Company, overseeing a diverse design team dedicated to digital products within Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. With a keen focus on design strategy and creative direction, Steven collaborates with product owners and technology leaders to guide the team through the entire process of creating new digital experiences from strategy, concept, prototyping, testing, visual design, to final delivery.

Prior to his current role, Steven served as the Vice President of User Experience & Technology at GS&F, where he honed his expertise in user research, strategy development, consumer/brand experiences, creative technology, and emerging experiences. A strong advocate for the Lean UX methodology, he led internal and client teams in comprehensive research, prototyping, testing, design, and execution phases for various projects encompassing products, services, retail, environmental designs, digital experiences, and integrated campaign initiatives.

Steven Boone's UX/UI specialties include research, strategy & consulting, design thinking, user research, prototyping, visual design & creative technology, interaction design, MVP development, iteration planning, team leadership, physical & digital product design. Alongside his design acumen, Steven has proficiency in a range of technical skills encompassing design programs like Sketch, Photoshop, and After Effects, programming languages such as HTML, CSS, Node.js, Javascript Frameworks, prototyping tools like InVision, Framer.js, IFTTT, as well as presentation & documentation programs.

With a Bachelor's degree in Music from Belmont University, Steven Boone's professional journey spans across various roles and organizations, culminating in his current position at The Walt Disney Company. His career trajectory includes stints as VP, UX & Technology, Group Creative Director at GS&F, UX Director at GS&F, Director of UX at iDesign Inc., Senior Web Designer at iDesign Inc., Graphic Designer at I Design, Inc., and Graphic Designer in a self-employed capacity.
