Steven J. Beauchamp is the president of Mangrove Advisory Group, LLC, offering a range of real estate consulting services to private and corporate clients.

With a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, and Finance from Albion College, Mr. Beauchamp has a vast professional background that includes roles at Cypress Creek Capital, Grubb & Ellis Company, and Landauer Associates, Inc.

Throughout his career, Steven Beauchamp has brokered over $200 million worth of real estate deals, secured debt financing for $500 million of commercial real estate, and raised over $1.2 billion in capital for joint venture development projects.

He has extensive experience in real estate consulting, tax appeal, brokerage, financing, workout and loan restructuring, as well as litigation support and expert witness services, working on properties worth over $15 billion across various sectors like office, retail, hotel, and residential developments.

Mr. Beauchamp has interacted with major entities including Marsh & McLennan Companies, Lehman Brothers, AEGON USA, and the World Bank, among others, operating in 25 states and 9 countries globally.

He also has a solid background in acquisitions, management, and ownership of commercial and industrial properties, having been involved with 22 office buildings and shopping centers.

Steven Beauchamp has served as an expert witness for Federal Bankruptcy Courts in multiple states and as an expert for Circuit Courts in several Florida counties.
