During my time at Holland America I drove the design, development and successful deployment of a new global scale n-tier, multi-system e-commerce architecture supporting the company's multi-million dollar website.  I redesigned the development team infrastructure, introduced Agile SCRUM across multiple teams, designed and implemented dedicated QA and release management practices and introduced new tools for supporting the SDLC, QA and release management processes.  I also successfully constructed the team's first nearshore development partnership.

After starting as COO of EProject in early 2003, I almost immediately assumed the responsibilities of CEO as well.  During my tenure with the company I successfully led the organization through a highly burdened turnaround situation, increasing revenues from just over $3million annually to just under $25million annually.  I also led the company's growth in overall market value to a leading position in the SaaS PPM space and raised over $7million in venture capital financing.

Worked to bootstrap and reposition this fledgling developer of robust RTC (real time communication) encryption by providing executive stewardship, business model and market positioning focus, technology/product guidance and overall strategic oversight.  Built out a light organizational infrastructure and sourced/executed strategic conversations with Fortune 100 enterprises.

I co-founded Viathan as the industry's first storage virtualization company.  Over the course of my tenure as CEO, I raised over $26million in top tier venture capital financing, oversaw all operations and strategic initiatives of the company and built strategic partnerships with other market leading storage technology companies and early stage enterprise customers.

During my tenure at Microsoft my contributions spanned across several roles, all of them primarily involved with the MSN group.  I was a Developer and then Dev Lead with the web team, working on several high traffic areas of the network.  I later became a Program Manager and guided, from idea inception through delivery, several popular sites and technologies.  As a Program Manager I primarily focused on defining and taking advantage of market opportunity and user experience/user interface design.  I managed groups of Designers, Developers and QA and interfaced regularly with Marketing and post-release infrastructure and support.
