Steve Wages
Innovation/Creative Organization and Delivery Models
Steve Wages is an accomplished principal consultant with AgencyAgile who has led agency transformations in the US, Canada, and Australia/New Zealand regions. With a strong background in strategic organizational planning, Steve is a seasoned expert in business operations consulting and training for marketing organizations. He is also a founding member of the Society of Digital Agencies (SoDA) and served on its board of directors, where he played a key role in developing a new three-year strategic plan for the organization.
Steve co-founded Juxt Interactive, a digital design and technology agency, in 1998 with a fresh business plan and no cash. As CEO, he led the agency to become an internationally recognized, award-winning digital marketing agency. Juxt serviced clients such as Target, Coca-Cola, Volkswagen, Sony, and Shea Homes, among many others. The agency also collaborated with numerous large organizations, including Goodby-Silverstein, Arnold, Chiat, CPB, and FCB. In 2008, Juxt Interactive was sold to the George P. Johnson Company.
Apart from his extensive professional background, Steve has also served as a board member for the Ad Club and spoken at numerous conferences such as SXSW (twice). He has lectured at USC's Annenberg School of Communications graduate program on Interactive Marketing and UCI's graduate strategic marketing program.
