Steve Tendon

Steve Tendon is the Chief Methodologist for Flow@Scale™, a framework designed to enhance organizational performance in software engineering. He is also the Managing Director of TameFlow Consulting Limited, a role he has held since 2014. Tendon specializes in helping leaders and managers focus on impactful strategies that improve people, performance, and profit in collaborative knowledge work, emphasizing sustainability and quality through various methodologies, including constraints management and emerging technologies.1

Tendon holds a Master's degree in Lean & Agile Software Project Management from the University of Aberdeen, completed between 2009 and 2011. He is also an experienced speaker, having presented at notable events such as Agile India 2022 and serving as a keynote speaker at Mondragon Unibertsitatea in 2023.1 His work primarily targets C-level executives, guiding them in transforming their organizations into high-performing entities.23
