Steve Smallman Jr., CEO and Co-Founder of Fifteen4 with over 25 years of experience in leading creative teams, combines his diverse background in creative services, music production, and full-time community development with his client-focused approach. Steve understands that the key to any successful creative project is identifying the limitations and understanding the “why” of a client. He values inspired principles to motivate and enable his team to achieve the most disruptive work possible. With a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and Jazz Piano Performance, as well as a Master’s in Divinity, Steve has honed his leadership and creative skills. Steve's goal is to unleash the rock star in each team member and curate talent to produce outstanding, unpredictable creative output.
