Steve's educational background includes an MBA from Dartmouth College, The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Davidson College. He also studied at Wilton High School.

Additionally, Steve served as the Managing Partner at Naked Communications and held several senior brand manager positions at Kraft Foods Group, overseeing brands like Tassimo, Starbucks Coffee, Crystal Light, Tazo Tea, and Kool-Aid.
