Steve Sanders

Steve Sanders is a highly experienced professional who has been in the recruitment industry for almost two decades. Currently, he is leading the Industrial Recruitment team at TYGES International. His education background includes a BS in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University - W. P. Carey School of Business.

Prior to joining TYGES International in 2003, Steve worked for global organizations such as Honeywell International and Deere & Co. He has extensive experience working in the automotive, chemical, and off-highway equipment manufacturing industries in engineering and supply chain roles. Furthermore, Steve has obtained training and hands-on experience with lean/six sigma practices, product development, program management, strategic sourcing, and operations leadership.

As a recruiter, Steve has achieved numerous accolades throughout his career, including becoming the 2004 MRI Regional Rookie of the Year, earning Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) status through MRI in 2006, and achieving Pacesetter/Pinnacle Club status 14 times. During his tenure with TYGES International, he has personally helped over 325 professionals join their client organizations.
