Steve Rull, the co-founder of Detalus (previously known as Hancock), established the company in 1999 with a vision to assist individuals, small businesses, and institutions in resolving issues and seizing opportunities.

Having a diverse professional background, Steve Rull has a wealth of experience in various fields including retail distribution operations, mortgage banking, investment management, secondary mortgage market activities, asset/liability management, and financial reporting.

Throughout his career, Steve has overseen merger activities, managed investment portfolios, facilitated institutional equity and debt placement, engaged in direct lending, handled troubled assets, executed commercial finance transactions, spearheaded asset securitization and arbitrage, and led finance activities for public companies.

Steve Rull takes pleasure in collaborating not only with the talented team of employees at Detalus but also with clients across different business sectors. Despite his dedication to work, he finds joy in traveling, playing golf, enjoying the outdoors, and spending quality time with his four grandchildren.
