Steve Ronchelli is the President of Jim Murphy and Associates (JMA), a construction firm based in Santa Rosa, California. He has a long-standing career in the construction industry, having begun in 1983. Over the years, he has held various positions including laborer, estimator, and project manager, which have equipped him with extensive knowledge in architectural and structural concrete, particularly tilt-up construction.13
In 2012, Ronchelli became a minority shareholder of JMA and was promoted to Vice President of Operations before assuming the role of President. His responsibilities include overseeing pre-construction services, estimating, and project management for various projects. He is recognized for his ability to implement value engineering from both cost and scheduling perspectives.123
Ronchelli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Outside of his professional life, he values family, faith, and sports, enjoying activities such as biking and spending time at Lake Tahoe.13
