Steve Pueschel MSM, BMHR

Steve Pueschel is a highly accomplished Executive Leader with an impressive background in enhancing revenue streams and facility operations. He specializes in developing long or short-term Revenue Cycle visions, analyzing and streamlining all processes, defining and reporting statistical data, and driving performance for business units. Steve has a vast knowledge of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) development and monitoring and is an excellent communicator who prioritizes building strong relationships with staff, customers, and administrators.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management of Human Resources from Warner Southern College, and he studied for a Master of Science in Management at Troy State University. After completing his education, he worked as a Patient Accounting Manager at Orlando Health before moving up to roles such as Regional Business Office Manager at Health Management Associates, Inc., Regional Business Office Director at Tenet Healthcare, and Regional Director of Business Office Services at IASIS Healthcare.

Steve has also worked in various Director roles, including Director of Revenue Cycle Services at MedAssets and Director of Revenue Cycle and Analytics at Ophthalmic Partners of Florida PA. Currently, he is the Director of Market Operations at Conifer Health Solutions.
