Steve Picarde Jr. is the President of PI Midlantic, a consulting firm dedicated to partnering with company leaders and optimizing their talent with a combination of consulting expertise and talent optimization platform. He has over 20 years of experience in the industry and is committed to helping his clients build organizations that are committed, aligned, and poised to succeed.

Steve joined PI Midlantic in 2001 and took on clients of his own, building out his consulting practice. He actively works with more than 100+ companies and was recently named Predictive Index Associate of the Year. As President, Steve's role is to support continued growth through managing day-to-day operations, developing the associate network, and representing PI Midlantic as a national speaker at various leadership and talent conferences.

Steve studied BA in Business and Economics at Randolph-Macon College. Before joining PI Midlantic, he worked as a Corporate Account Manager at Headhunter.net and Financial Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton.
