Steve McPhee, an accomplished business leader and strategist, has an impressive track record spanning over two decades, with a proven capacity for delivering results-driven outcomes across multiple industries. He acquired a BBA in Business Co-op from Wilfrid Laurier University and spent his early career as an Assistant Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble. Steve's keen interest in leveraging technology for growth and innovation led him to co-found Makeover Solutions Inc., where he served in various capacities, including Co-Founder, VP Sales & Marketing, VP Strategic Planning & Business Development, and COO. He later joined Square, where he was an instrumental member of the business development & partnerships team, responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company's merchant acquiring business. Steve recently served as the VP Partnerships at PayBright, a leading Canadian fintech, before Affirm acquired the company. He currently heads the partnerships team at Affirm in Canada, where he leverages his wealth of experience to develop strategic partnerships with merchants and drive growth in the buy-now-pay-later space.
