Steve Mann is a technology-driven M&A advisor with a strong background in analytics, specializing in serving private equity and corporate clients.

With over a decade of experience at PwC in New York and Toronto, Steve led M&A analytics teams before co-founding Propel32 to cater to the middle market segment.

At Propel32, Steve and his teams assist clients throughout the investment lifecycle, from buy-side diligence to post-transaction synergy realization and ongoing value creation.

Steve's blend of traditional finance knowledge and a profound interest in analytics equips him to provide clients with robust insights and support in various sectors, including Retail, Healthcare, Industrial Products and Services, Technology, and Private Equity.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, Banking, and Accounting, a Bachelor of Economics in Finance, and certifications from the CFA Institute and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Currently, Steve holds the position of Managing Director at Propel32, having previously held roles such as Director - Deal Analytics at PwC and various managerial positions at PwC in Canada.
