Steve Lama

Steve Lama is a Senior Healthcare Patient Advocate and Program Content Producer with over six years of hospice patient advocacy experience. He has worked with patients and provided compassionate comfort to them and their families throughout the hospice process. Apart from that, Steve has over 20 successful years of experience in program content management, production, programming, and acquisition. He started his career in public television and worked for organizations ranging from classical radio stations to providers of inflight entertainment content for 15 airlines worldwide.

Steve studied at San Marino High School and California State University-Long Beach, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. He is a Partner In Care at ElderBridge SoCal and a former Public Relations Manager at VNA Hospice & Palliative Care of Southern California. Steve also worked as Vice President, Audio Design at fl'air entertainment, Director, Audio Programming at Spafax, Acting General Manager/Vice President, Programming at KUSC-FM Los Angeles, Associate Director Performance Programming at Public Broadcasting Service, and Manager, Broadcast Programming at KCET TV.

Through his successful career, Steve has gained a wealth of experience in branded content production, outreach presentation, corporate communication, marketing, and advertising materials. He has an active and in-depth understanding of the healthcare industry, hospice patient advocacy, and content production.
