Worked together with SB Capital Group on project for Royal Doulton Group restructuring .Worked on project to clear mass overstock situation .Through the setting up of close out stores and selling through the  huge excess production of 1000's of items from their Stoke-on-Trent factories.Then with addition of new items into selected stores which we purchased and sourced by our team ..achieved huge performance increases in each of the chosen pilot stores..so much so that these items were rolled out into the majority of Royal Doulton Group Stores with impressive results.
