Steve Janicak

Steve Janicak is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in the industry. He served as President of the Healthcare Division at Tivity Health (NASDAQ: TVTY) from January 2019 to September 2020.2 In this role, he had full P&L responsibility for the healthcare division, which generated $630M in revenue and $140M in EBITDA, serving 70 Medicare Advantage plans and over 16M members.2

Janicak's career in healthcare began after a decade in advertising. He transitioned to healthcare as the chief marketing officer for Matria Healthcare, which focused on care management for women with pre-term labor and disease management.1 He then held leadership positions at various healthcare companies, including MedSolutions, IPG, and CareCentrix.1

At Tivity Health, Janicak initially joined as Chief Growth Officer in 2016 before becoming President of the Healthcare Business Unit in 2019.12 During his tenure, he:

2. Increased SilverSneakers participants by 7%
3. Boosted Prime subscriptions by 13%
4. Expanded SilverSneakers enrollment by 25% and participation by 22%2

Janicak was particularly passionate about improving the lives of older adults through programs like SilverSneakers, America's largest senior fitness program.1 His interest in healthcare for seniors was partly influenced by his experience as a caregiver for his own parents.1

Currently, Steve Janicak serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Esperta Health, a position he has held since December 2021.2
