Steve Infante

Steve Infante is a senior executive in the contact center and customer experience industry with extensive experience in channel sales and partnerships. He currently serves as the VP of American channel sales at NICE, a position he recently started in December 2023.1 Prior to this role, Infante was the Channel Chief and Senior Vice President of Global Channels at UJET from April 2022 to December 2023.2
