Steve Ihm is an accomplished lawyer, lobbyist, and non-profit board member with a wealth of experience in corporate law, public policy, and legal operations. He graduated magna cum laude from Northern Illinois University and studied economics, accounting, and business administration at Carthage College. Steve spent more than two decades at Allstate, where he held various executive positions, including Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary. Steve's expertise includes patent strategy, e-discovery, transactions, foreign entities, public policy development, lobbying, and dispute resolution. He also has experience serving on affiliate and non-profit boards, including Youth & Family Counseling, Phi Kappa Sigma, and Beaver Paddlers, Inc. In addition to his professional work, Steve enjoys boating, biking, traveling, and spending time with family.
