Steve Herman

Steve Herman is a renowned professional in the retirement plan administration industry with over 20 years of experience. He began his career in 1997 and has since accumulated a diverse range of skills in compliance, administration, and taxation. A graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Steve has worked as a compliance tester, plan designer, relationship manager, team leader, and most recently as a business developer. He excels at simplifying complex retirement plan concepts for plan sponsors, thus enabling them to make informed decisions. Steve has extensive experience working with many types of retirement plans, including 401(k), Profit Sharing, Cash Balance, ESOP, non-qualified, SARSEP, Money Purchase, Davis Bacon, Multiple Employer Plans, 403(b), 457(b), 457(f). Working with a national CPA firm has given him the opportunity to look at the big picture when advising plan sponsors from an unbiased perspective. Steve is currently the Business Development Director at Fiduciary Advisors, Ltd. Previously, he has worked as a Director at Verisight, Inc., McGladrey, and as the Business Development Director at McGladrey.
