Steve Hammond

Steve Hammond is a highly educated individual with an Associate of Arts degree from Glendale College and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.

Steve has been actively involved in various organizations, showcasing his commitment to community service and leadership. He served as a Volunteer Mentor at Hillside Church and held multiple roles at the church, including Men's Retreat Chairman, Co-chairman, and Advisor.

Prior to his involvement at Hillside Church, Steve gained valuable professional experience in the engineering field. He held positions such as Engineering Manager at BAE Systems, United Defense, LP, and FMC Corporation. Additionally, he served as a Program Manager for Robotic Vehicles at BAE Systems.

Steve also contributed to educational initiatives as a PAR Tutor for English Language Literacy at the San Jose Public Library. His diverse background demonstrates a strong foundation in engineering, management, and community engagement.
