Steve Flemming is a Senior Associate in Operational Planning for FEMA Regions 4 & 6 at Team Rubicon, an organization that utilizes veterans to provide disaster response and recovery services. He has a notable background as a U.S. Navy Corpsman, having enlisted in 2005 and serving in various capacities, including combat operations in Afghanistan.
