►	Recruited to revitalize commercialization efforts for an expense management fintech solution to attract investors and scale the business.
►	Revamped the business plan and sales strategy to facilitate a smooth transition from beta testing to 100+ customers and 12,000+ active debit cards.
►	Led negotiations for a deal with DeliverLogic, a top U.S. delivery solution provider, to integrate with Penny’s API to automate the flow of funds to 10,000+ delivery drivers.
►	Leveraged commercial success to secure a $100K investment to roll out version 2.0 of the solution. 
►	Attracted a sales manager located in San Francisco to convert a 40x increase in leads resulting from marketing activities.
►	Forged a partnership with Hearing the Homeless, allowing volunteers to purchase meals for the homeless with Penny debit cards, establishing the company in the non-profit space, and generating positive PR.

Penny Inc

Chief Executive Officer

Take Five developed and marketed a mobile app to automate temperature control for the food and beverage industry, later developing a customer feedback/ loyalty and rewards mobile app targeting the retail sector. 

►	Recruited to the board of directors of ERA and the parent company, then assumed an operational role to turnaround a loyalty/rewards app after a large client pulled out of the deal.
►	Orchestrated a $350,000 cash infusion to replace depleted seed capital by securing an R&D tax rebate from the Australian government.
►	Led the redesign of the customer feedback/rewards app. Negotiated a joint venture with a developer to provide technical services in exchange for equity, allowing ERA to use cash-on-hand for marketing while remaining eligible for R&D tax credits.
►	Structured a deal with a potential investor to fund and spin-off the app, followed by a reverse IPO with ERA retaining a 25% equity position, which did not meet with board approval. 
►	Redirected limited financial resources by launching the temperature app with purchase-ready beta test customers, driving the development strategy for the cloud-based monitoring platform. 
►	Generated $33K in monthly revenue by landing major Australian accounts, including HBF Stadium, SwanCare, Beyond Rest, and Spotless.
►	Initiated a voluntary dissolution after a joint venture partner experienced financial difficulties, negotiating the exchange of a line of credit for ownership of the apps to protect investors from liability and additional expense.

Engine Room Apps Pty. Ltd. (A Division of Take 5 Safety Solutions)

Director of Stategy & Business Development

A Hong Kong corporation founded to develop a 3D web platform to offer an Australian health education product worldwide.

►	Recruited to protect investors’ interests in a company experiencing board turmoil, technical development issues, and a work stoppage related to a pending debt obligation.
►	Uncovered overcharges by an application developer to eliminate a sizable outstanding balance; discovered and secured the return of company funds used by a former executive for personal expenses.
►	Negotiated a time-critical $400K debt restructure involving rebranding the platform; arranged the release of intellectual property rights from the owners of the original CD product.
►	Built a team of experts, including two US physicians and a lead developer, to guide the final development of Ibera’s offerings for web and mobile application channels.
►	Due to a shareholder issue limiting the company’s ability to accept future investment, used a clause in the subscription agreement to license the platform to Force for Health Foundation in exchange for a profit share with the primary investor.

IBERA Global

A company founded to enable the growth of small to midsize law firms by attracting, servicing, and referring clients using the internet.

►	Created TacitLogic’s business plan, winning the University of Chicago Booth School of Business’ New Venture Challenge, which facilitated a $300K capital raise.
►	Designed and executed the strategy to build the TixNix network of 400+ attorneys assisting private and commercial drivers with traffic violations, DUIs, and licensing problems across the U.S.
►	Developed a Lead Management platform enabling law firms to design, optimize, and scale customer conversion funnels.
►	Spearheaded the growth of a $1M/annual revenue business with four employees within 24 months.
►	Licensed the technology platform in perpetuity to the Trusted Hands Network, a company operating in the home care space.

TacitLogic, Inc.

The largest US-based law firm exclusively devoted to representing management in employment, employee benefit, executive compensation, and labor law matters. 

►	Founded the Knowledge Management department, introducing technology to improve the organization’s ability to deliver labor and employment legal services to its client base.
►	Deployed communication tools and document repositories to facilitate knowledge and resource sharing across the firm’s nationwide staff of lawyers.
►	Built a team of seven paralegals, lawyers, and technical staff to identify, document, and disseminate best employment/labor law practices for 50+ jurisdictions.
