Steve Draper

Steve Draper is a versatile leader with extensive asset management and road network management operations experience across the UK, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, and the Middle East. He has provided valuable advice on the procurement and operation of various road network maintenance contracts, including MA/TMC, Managing Agent Contractor, Asset Support Contract, PFI/DBFO/PPP, and Maintenance Alliance.

Steve is an esteemed member of the ICE's Transport Journal editorial panel and actively contributes to the transportation field. Moreover, he serves on the industrial advisory panel for the University of Birmingham's MSc course on Road Management and Engineering.

He completed his Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering with an impressive 2:1 at The University of Sheffield. Currently, Steve holds the position of Technical Director at WSP, where he continues to apply his expertise and leadership in the field.
