He is an entrepreneur with a track record of four successful exits, notably including Microsoft's acquisition of PhoneFactor.

Steve Dispensa pursued a diverse educational background, studying Liberal Arts, Computer Science, and Medicine for his Bachelor's degree at the University of Missouri - Kansas City, and later completing his Master of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management, and Business Administration and Management at IMD Business School.
