Steve Cooley

Steve Cooley is the President and CEO of Steve Cooley & Associates, Inc., a boutique consultancy located in the greater Los Angeles area. His firm specializes in providing business strategy and problem-solving services to both individual and corporate clients. In addition to his role at the consultancy, Cooley serves as the Chief Legal Counsel at Global Holdings, Inc..13

Before founding his consultancy in December 2012, Cooley had a notable career in law enforcement, serving as the District Attorney of Los Angeles County from 2000 to 2012. He was the first District Attorney in over 70 years to be elected to three consecutive terms. During his tenure, he managed a large office with approximately 1,000 attorneys and implemented significant reforms, including the establishment of new divisions to combat public and justice system corruption, and the promotion of DNA technology in criminal investigations.12

Cooley's educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University-Los Angeles.1
