Steve Boese

Steve Boese is a prominent figure in the Human Resources (HR) and technology fields, known for his various roles and contributions over the years. Currently serving as the Co-Chair of the HR Technology Conference with H3 HR Advisors, Inc., he also holds the position of Technology Editor and writer at Human Resource Executive Magazine.

Boese is recognized as the creator and co-host of the widely popular HR Happy Hour Show and Podcast, a respected platform discussing HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and workplace technology. With a decade-long history, the show has garnered a considerable following in the industry.

His previous experience includes a notable tenure as the Director of Talent Management Product Strategy at Oracle, where he was actively involved in developing the next generation of Enterprise HCM solutions known as Oracle Fusion HCM. Boese boasts over 20 years of experience implementing enterprise technologies across various domains such as Human Resources, Recruiting, Finance, and Distribution, with a focus on Oracle Applications across diverse industries and locations.
