Steve Adams is an experienced Human Services professional with a career spanning over 18 years. He has worked with abused and neglected youth, adults with developmental disabilities, and individuals with mental health diagnoses. Steve has excelled in supervisory roles, accumulating over 15 years of experience leading teams and programs. In his most recent role as the Director of Community Living at Chimes, he was responsible for managing a large team, ensuring proper policy implementation, resolving conflicts and crises, and building strong community relationships. Steve has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wesley College and a Master of Science in Psychology from California Coast University. His expertise includes program management, budgeting, crisis intervention, quality assurance, community relations, and conflict resolution.
