Sterling Smith is a highly experienced business leader with more than two decades of experience in professional services, senior management, and investment banking. His expertise includes corporate development strategy, buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, and the formation of commercial partnerships. Smith has also deployed strategic venture capital throughout his career.

He studied at The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, a Master's Degree in Taxation, and an MBA. Smith has worked in a variety of roles throughout his career, including Senior Vice President of Technology Investment Banking at Stephens Inc., Founder and CEO of Kletos Consulting LLC, and Managing Director at Founders Advisors, LLC. He has also served as Director of Distribution and Ventures at ACAP Health Consulting, LLC, and as Tax Manager at Deloitte & Touche.

Currently, Smith serves as Director of Private Equity at Moss Adams. He has also formerly founded and managed a wellness company called Cura Wellness LLC. With his impressive track record, Smith continues to be a valuable asset to the business community.
