Stephen Tozer is a co-founder and co-owner of Le Bab, a London-based restaurant chain specializing in gourmet kebabs.15 He founded Le Bab with Ed Brunet, officially starting the project full-time in May 2014.1 Tozer left his previous job in investments to pursue his passion for elevating kebabs gastronomically.15
