Stephen Szluk

Stephen Szluk has extensive experience in IT asset portfolio management, equipment valuation and analysis, IT finance and leasing, and IT asset disposition. He has held key senior management and consultancy positions in various companies, including Google, Apple Inc., and FDA at CNI IT. With a strong educational background from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and Golden Gate University, Steve has successfully managed and coordinated lease lifecycle services for Fortune 500 companies.

Steve's most recent roles include creating and managing a global program for a Fortune 100 company to reuse, remarket, and/or recycle surplus owned technology assets. He also developed and managed ITAM frameworks for Federal clients, created processes, procedures, metrics, and SOX documentation for the program. Steve sourced, negotiated and managed vendor contracts to support the program, created a charitable donation program serving over 50 local charities, and an employee purchase program. He managed the multi-stakeholder process and ongoing functional business relationships related to the Asset Disposition program and was responsible for ensuring environmental compliance.

Steve has a broad range of specialties, including contract negotiation, SOX, FMV analysis, logistics, business development, IT asset management, and supply chain. He has also performed business process reengineering around the life-cycle of IT assets and implemented a comprehensive audit program that increased overall accuracy by ~50%.
