Steve Osborn

Stephen "Steve" Osborn is a skilled corporate attorney with a wealth of experience advising clients on transactional, corporate finance, and general corporate matters. With a focus on middle market mergers and acquisitions, Osborn has worked with public, private, and emerging growth companies across a range of industries, including technology, life sciences, healthcare, and retail and consumer products. He draws on his in-house legal and business management experience to offer tailored legal guidance to his clients.

Prior to joining Mintz, Osborn co-founded a top-ranked boutique business law firm in San Fransisco. He has also served as general counsel and vice president for business development of a venture-backed health and wellness software company, as well as working at two international law firms.

Osborn has successfully managed complex business transactions in over 20 different countries throughout Asia, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Africa. He brings a global perspective to his practice, having lived and practiced law in San Francisco/Silicon Valley, London, and Hong Kong.

Aside from his work, Osborn is a native of San Francisco and a graduate of St. Ignatius High School. In his free time, he enjoys cheering on the San Francisco Giants in his signature orange pants during the summer and skiing with his wife and three children in the winter.
