As the Senior Vice President of Development, Stephen plays a vital role in overseeing development initiatives in New York and the Southeast US markets, covering acquisition, finance, construction, and management activities.

His career journey includes significant contributions to complex projects spanning various asset types, showcasing his interdisciplinary expertise.

Prior to his current role, Stephen gained valuable experience at renowned organizations like the Related Companies, where he was involved in a wide range of development, investment, asset management, and design/construction oversight efforts in New York and Boston.

Before his tenure at Related Companies, Stephen excelled as a Project Architect/Team Lead at Rafael Viñoly Architects, contributing to iconic projects such as 432 Park Avenue in New York and Marble Arch Park in London.

His professional background also includes working with the Mitchell Architectural Group on research, healthcare, and technology projects in New England.

Stephen is a licensed architect and private pilot, holding a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Beyond his academic achievements, Stephen has shared his knowledge through lectures and design critiques at various universities.
