Stephen Rothman is the owner of Rothman and Company, P.A., a legal firm specializing in providing legal and business advice primarily to companies formed around university technology and investors interested in such ventures.
With a strong focus on transactions involving university-based technology, Stephen's firm is adept at handling complex issues including university IP licenses, faculty-consultants' IP assignment obligations, and Bayh-Dole Act matters.
