He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.

With a rich professional background, Stephen has served as the Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Bank3, showcasing his expertise in the mortgage industry.

Prior to his role at Bank3, he gained valuable experience as a Financial Advisor at Bankers Life Securities, Inc., and held positions such as Senior Vice President in Fixed Income Sales and Trading at Brean Capital, LLC; Institutional Fixed Income Sales at KGS-Alpha Capital Markets, L.P.; Vice President in the Trading Desk at Vining Sparks; and Mortgage Banker at BB&T, where he completed the Graduate Leadership Development Program.
