Stephen Raj is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Partner responsible for Global Sales for the Telco+ Strategic Business Group at NCS, a part of the SingTel Group.

Apart from his corporate role, Stephen is dedicated to non-profit work and holds the position of Chairman at CHARIS (Caritas Humanitarian Aid & Relief Initiatives, Singapore), the official humanitarian and disaster response body of the Singapore Catholic Church which is a member of Caritas Internationalis.

Educationally, Stephen has a rich background having studied Transition To General Management at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, pursued a BSc in Computer & Information Sciences at the National University of Singapore, and completed his A-Level in Computer Science at Raffles Junior College followed by O-Level at Raffles Institution.
