Stephen established his career at the Lyric Opera of Chicago, where he served as the Technical Coordinator, overseeing operations of 63+ annual live performances and managing over 54 employees across multiple departments.

He excels in project management, complex scheduling, and international cross-cultural collaboration, ensuring long term projects align with the business's creative vision.

Stephen is currently pursuing a full-time MBA at The Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University, to enhance his skills in business strategy, management, organization design, and analytics.
