Stephen McNamara

Stephen McNamara is the CEO of Uphold Labs, a division of Uphold Inc., a digital money platform. He was appointed to this position in August 2021, bringing over 30 years of experience in designing, implementing, and deploying scalable software systems, particularly in the blockchain and payments sectors. His previous roles include co-founder and CTO of Bitnet Technologies, CTO at Rakuten Blockchain Lab, and COO of OMG Network.124
