Stephen McDonald is the Executive Vice President and President of the Middle East Group at Trust Company of the West (TCW). He has been with TCW since 1983 and has a substantial background in finance and investment management. Prior to his current role, McDonald worked with notable financial institutions including Crocker National Bank, Citibank, and the Fiduciary Trust Company of New York. He also served as the Deputy Administrator/Commissioner of the Department of the Treasury for the City of New York.
