Stephen Marcus is the Head of Customer Success at Emerald Technology Ventures, a pioneering venture capital firm investing in early and expansion stage startups globally with leading sustainable technologies.12345

As Head of Customer Success, his key responsibilities are:

1. Expanding Emerald's engagements with corporations globally who are looking to invest and collaborate with sustainable industrial innovation startups
2. Ensuring successful relationships with Emerald's growing platform of 50+ Limited Partners globally
3. Expanding Emerald's offerings of funds and corporate venture capital services to meet market demand2

Prior to joining Emerald, Stephen was the Director of Business Development at Cleantech Group, a leading market research and consulting company helping corporations and investors understand and engage with cleantech innovation.2 During his 13 years at Cleantech Group, he led new client acquisition and client success globally for its corporate, investor and government client base.1

Stephen holds a first class degree in Economics from University College London where he received the Dean's list honours award for academic excellence.2 He also has a graduate year programme from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Modern Hebrew, Israeli Politics and the Israel Economy.2
