Stephen Lybeck

Stephen Lybeck is a highly experienced product manager with a background in developing successful B2C marketplaces, mobile ordering platforms, white-label analytics, and automated marketing services. His focus is on lean assumption validation, persona building, and data-driven testing. He is passionate about discussing technical tradeoffs, human-centric product design, growth forecasting and financial modeling, and hiring strategy.

Stephen received a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Economics from Western Washington University and another Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Spanish from Washington State University. He also studied Product Management at General Assembly and self-trained at Fullstack.

Stephen has held various roles in the product field, including Head of Product at OpenMessage, Founder at FindRetire, VP of Operations, and Head of Product and Product Manager at Preo, and Cofounder at Nurbs. Additionally, he was a Project Manager at Bravo! Branding, where he serviced Google, Amazon, Verizon, Visa, and Boeing clients.
