Throughout his consulting journey, Stephen has managed a P&L exceeding $200 million and navigated large practices through challenging corporate landscapes.

His extensive experience equips him to tackle even the most formidable business obstacles.

Previously, Stephen served as the Oracle Practice Leader at HCL AXON, overseeing Oracle solutions, sales, and practice strategy.

As the Chicago Market Leader and Enterprise Solutions Partner at MarketSphere Consulting, he was in charge of sales and delivery in the greater Chicago region, playing a pivotal role in the firm's Oracle practice and focusing on transformative business solutions.

During his tenure as Vice President at BearingPoint, Stephen led the firm's Commercial Services Oracle practice globally, managing various aspects such as client satisfaction, contract negotiations, engagement delivery, and personnel administration.

Before that, he spearheaded BearingPoint's North American PeopleSoft practice, assuming P&L responsibility and overseeing a team of over 220 professionals.

Stephen's earlier career at Andersen Consulting/Accenture as an Associate Partner in the South Region Financial Services practice honed his expertise in technology strategy, custom systems development, systems integration, business process reengineering, and mergers/consolidation.
