Stephen Hupp is a versatile technology professional with extensive experience in Salesforce, Field Service Management, CRM, SaaS Solutions, Contact Center/Customer Service. With five Salesforce certifications, Stephen has a deep understanding of the platform and specializes in providing solutions to streamline business operations. He is currently the VP of Pre-Sales & Strategic Initiatives at Asperii, where he was previously Director of Field Service Strategy. Before joining Asperii, Stephen served as Sr. Principal Field Service Practice Lead, Global Salesforce at Slalom, where he managed the Field Service Management (FSM) practice. With experience in project coordination and Agile methodology (Scrum Framework), Stephen has led cross-functional teams and delivered large-scale projects for numerous clients. Additionally, Stephen is an alumnus of Southern Illinois University where he studied Business Administration, with a focus on Finance and Management. Prior to his career in technology, Stephen was the Owner of Java G’s, a coffee shop located in his hometown.
