Stephen gained experience in Y & L Consulting, MySoftwarePartner, and FirstUSA before joining Borland Software Corporation as a product manager. After a successful stint at Borland, he moved on to become a Rational-brand consultant at IBM, which was followed by a role as the enterprise modernization solution marketing manager at the same company.

He has also worked with Elementum.com as a developer evangelist, Atlassian as a developer advocate, and Microsoft as a Principal SDE. Stephen's unconventional and extroverted personality has enabled him to demonstrate product value directly, and he has a proud history of having saved enterprise customers millions of dollars and even a few careers.
