He studied Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology and has held several key positions in manufacturing and operations, including Vice President of Manufacturing at Steinway & Sons, VP of Operations at Elsag North America, and a Plant Manager at Diebold Nixdorf. With over 20 years of experience in electronics, metal fabrication and assembly, high-speed consumer product manufacturing and packaging, and medical device manufacturing, Stephen has expertise in cGMP/FDA/ISO 13485/ISO 9001. He is well-versed in continuous improvement strategies and private equity acquisition.
